What is the working time?
Working hours are from 09:00 to 19:00 each day of the week. Upon prior arrangement, we can meet the customer and deliver the car outside of working hours for an additional fee of € 15.

Can I rent a car at my address / hotel / airport?
We can provide a car at address / hotel and we will welcome you at the airport terminal with a sign with your name.
When is a "delivery / collection" tax charged?
Upon requesting a rental car at a different address than PRO Rent a Car or Sofia Airport, a fee of € 10 is charged.
Can I rent a car from your office and return it to another city?
Yes, the car can be returned to another city against the appropriate charge for taking the car to its original location. For example, if you pick up your car from Sofia and return it to Burgas, you will be charged € 130.
How long should I be a driver so I can hire a car?
The minimum age for renting a car is 20 y/o and 1 year internship. In these circumstances, you fall into the Young Driver group and you will be charged € 4 / day as well as a double deposit. If you have 23 years of age with 3 year internship , you will not be charged a fee.
Is there a limit in kilometers?
When renting a car for 2 days or more, there is no limit in kilometers. For one day the limit is 300km. If you exceed this limit, you will be charged from 0.14 - 0.58 lv per kilometer, depending on the vehicle class.

You can rent the car to other countries upon prior request and approval. Depending on the country you wish to visit, there is an additional fee. For some countries there is a limit!
How much fuel will the rented vehicle be?
We at PRO Rent a Car have a "full-fledged" policy. You get the car with a full tank, at the end of the rent you have to return it full. If there is a lack of fuel, the renter owes the fuel cost plus a service charge of € 15.
We insist that you load the vehicle at large duty gas stations such as Rompetrol, Lukoil, Shell, OMV.
Are all insurance included in the price?
The vehicle's price includes the Civil Liability Insurance and CASCO (with responsibility up to the amount of the deposit). We also offer complete insurance that fully captures renter's responsibility in an accident with car rental (does not apply to alcohol and drugs) after providing police report. Depending on the class, the full insurance price varies from € 5 to € 15 per day. We also offer personalized medical insurance - "Insurance of seats". It covers non-material damage to the driver and companions in an incident - € 1 seat / day
Is the vignette included in the price?
Yes, the vignette is included in the price. Also the vignette sticker for the Bulgarian road network.
Can I rent a car with a foreign driver's license?
We have no limit on a driver's license country. Before renting the car, review whether the validity period of your driving license will cover the rental period.
